We purchased this 2 years ago and have since enjoyed many perfectly cooked steaks, chicken, ribs, burgers, pork tenderloins and sausages and vegetables to name a few. Meat cooks evenly,browns beautifully on the outside while remaining succulent and juicy on the inside. No need to start in oven and finish on bbq.
